I like the original mix – will play it out.
Noir
Another hypnotic and driving track from Alternative Route. Another winner.

Alternative Route never seem to release a dud and continues on its rich vein of form with a fantastic, piece of instrumental prog house. The original mix marries a funky bassline with lush melodies and a rock guitar lick. Andy Slate’s remix keeps all the good things from the original but ups the tempo a touch and adds some keys in turning it into a trancier affair. A sure-fire success for the dancefloor.

Really loved this… wicked!
Jody Wisternoff
Pretty strong track.

Nice Prog tune with a classic funky disco electric bass line. All the arrangements are well done and all the sounds fit into the meaning of this production. The original mix is perfect for a warm up set. The Andy Slate remix is better for late nights. Just tested last night!
Luis Bonias
Nice track with a rock touch… the original one is for me.

Absolutely amazing. Will be getting strong rotation on my XM Radio show and in the clubs in Chicago. Perfect combo of funk and deep soulful atmospherics. Perfect springtime track.

After two hugely supported dancefloor smashers On Your Side and This Will Be Mine both released on RLP’s home label RLPMIX Records. RLP & I put our hands on a brand new peaktime material HAPPY, right on time for Miami!
RLP has been mixing records since 1979 when he started DJing in Montréal, Canada.
After playing in the city’s biggest clubs, he witnessed the fine art of «monsieur» Larry Levan himself at NYC’s Paradise Garage and played at the lendary Danceteria, New York.
He moved to Paris to impose his own art of mixing in 1983 to the french audience. Little did he know that he would break grounds and introduce mixing and scratching to the french audiance.
Producer of his own radio shows at the age of 20 on the mythical Paris RADIO 7 radio station, he soon started his DJ residencies at 2 of Paris hottest Clubs : LES BAINS DOUCHES and LE PALACE.
Ever since, he is featured in the country’s biggest and best clubs. With over 100 club dates per year, RLP is surely one of France’s TOP RATED DJ.
